| Jackie and Mrs. Mumford prepared a lesson on the topic of the Underground Railroad. Jacki made a PowerPoint presentation that gave the students information about how slaves were treated and how they tried to escape to the North using the Underground Railroad. She added hyperlinks to her PowerPoint presentation that took the students to the Internet for more information. They also visited a website where they could chose to run away or stay on the plantation as a slave. Jackie made a Kidspiration template for the students where they could show what they had learned. Well done, Jackie! |
