  2. offers 78 email-based conferences in 17 languages
  3. requires students to answer 4 Kidlink questions
  4. provides support for teachers
  5. offers staff development - Kidlink Institute/Education
  6. encourages research - Kidlink Institute/Research
  7. publishes student work on the WWW
