Sometimes there are parents and community members who would be more than willing to be a resource for you and your students. Do you know the occupations, special talents or hobbies of the parents of your students? Are there local businesses or community resources available to you? Would any of these people be willing to come and speak to your class or invite your class to visit a part of your community? A little research may reveal a treasure chest you didn't know you had. | ||||||||||||
