Manjar Branco (coconut pudding)
Set a side (reserve) some of the milk to dissolve the cornstarch. Add sugar to the milk, add the reserved milk and cook it until it thickens and pulls away from the pan. Place the milk in a tube pan (ring) and put it into the refrigerator overnight. Invert onto a rimmed plate and put the prune "sauce" on top. Serve.
