Put all the ingredients in a pan, place it over the flame. Stir constantly so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan. Take it off when it begins to get thick and pulls off the pan (when you stir you can see the bottom of the pan). Put the mixture on a tray and wait for it to cool off. Then roll them in to little balls. After roll them into chocolate sprinkles. Put the brigadeiros in a small cupcake paper and then its ready to serve. We have brigadeiros on birthday parties, its a typical dish. Its something that all kids and some adults like. from Alex Valente |
