Danni Visits Mrs. Weeg's Computer Students

Mrs. Lewis' third grade students hold Danni and the towel from Delmar that has a crab on it. In Delmar there is a well known restaurant that is famous for the steamed crabs it servers. Delmar is not far from the Chesapeake Bay. One of our favorite foods on the Eastern Shore of Maryland is crabs.

Before Danni arrived we wrote letters with lots of questions about Danni:

I can't wait to see him soon. I wish we could keep him. I can't wait to see what the kids have put in the box. I am in 3rd grade. I am glad that he is coming to stay with us for a while.

Yes there are things from Brazil in the box. Lots of things to see and even something to listen to. You will also see stuff from Florida and there will be things in the box from Kent Island as well.

Mrs. Campbell's first grade class enjoyed looking at all the pretty items in Danni's box. They took turns holding Danni.

They wrote a letter to Danni before he arrived at Delmar:

Hi Danni,

We are in Mrs. Campbell's first grade class. We come to Mrs. Weeg's computer lab ever day as soon as school starts in the morning. We can't wait to see you. We wonder what you are wearing. In the picture on the web page you have on a suit that is red and white. Do you still have it on?

When you come to see us we will show you our computer lab and our whole school. Brittany says we can give you a hug. Darren says we can give you a kiss. Devron says he will show you our centers in the first grade. There are Lego, puzzle and game centers. Tabitha says she will show you our flowers.

Our school is big. We have over 1000 students in our school. How big is your school in Brazil?
