Management for Access to
Computers:
- Students will be work in
pairs.
- Students will sign up for
computer time daily, according to need.
- Students will be presented
with necessary classwork at the beginning of the week to allow
for independent progress. Teacher will spot teach, mentor, and
tutor. Students will provide peer assistance.
- Computers will be available
between 7:30-2:30 daily except for Wednesdays, yard duty days,
and lunch periods.
- Students using the computer
will be dismissed from the computer when found to be playign
games or participating in random web searches.
- Students will visit the
computer lab weekly to compose email messages and
presentations.
- Students will be allowed to
work in other classrooms wher computers are not an integral
tool in learning.
- Students who have
compatible hardware at home will be allowed to take their data
disk home for word processing.
