Date: Tue, 29 Sep 92 22:18 BST Subject: This weeks messages from Stanley school kids in the UK Today the children from Stanley Infants school arrived, they read the messages from Iceland, became very excited and for the next hour I was swamped with requests for spellings and "the writing has gone from our screen, can you get it back please?" or "please sir we pressed this button like you said and the computer gave us the word we wanted" (They are using 'Mindreader') as 17 youngsters busied themselves to write their replies. These kids really are fun. Some of the children thought it would be a good idea to make a tape recording which they could post to anyone who is interested so a little group began to do this whilst others made model houses from strips of wood. Amy thought it would be nice if we could send each other postcards. Could we exchange addresses? Have a good day regards Mike Burleigh =============== This letter is for Jose in Peru, hello Jose from Louise and Nathan how are you? is it hot in Peru? do you like your house? what is your holiday like when you go on holiday? how are your dogs? are they all right?
