Look at that lucky lady hugging Oscar! Oscar and I had met several months before when he was visiting the United States on business and came to the Eastern Shore of Maryland. He and his son, Javier, visited Delmar Elementary School and East Salisbury School and spoke to the students about their life in Peru. They kids loved them! ...would you have guessed anything different? Of course not. I didn't see much of Oscar at NECC but made sure I got an Oscar hug.
