The rocket broke during flight and, wasn't able to
take the measurements. The payload is the rocket. The
rocket isn't very big. It's no where near the size of a
space shuttle. It's not hard for the helecoptor to carry
it. I thought the launch was really cool! It goes fast and
makes a lot of noise. It was very nice hearing from you.

Thanks for sending the picture of your "computer".
It's very creative. How long did it take to create? I've
never done computers but, i've made other things.
                               Your friend,

Hi
Sorry I didn't reply to your messages earlier. I
just got them today and didn't have any access to the
computer until then. Loved the pictures you guys put on the
net!

Felicia, you said...
>The 26 and 27 I won't be here because I have to get my
>tonsils out.

I hope they give you lots of ice cream to eat like
they did for me!

> what do the indians do when the rockets go on their
>land? Do the Indians mind that you set rockets off on
>their land?

We pay the indian villages for the right to land
rockets on their land. We have agreement with them that are
renegotiated every year in June. They have a lot of empty
land and usually appreciate the payments we make to them
for using their land.

> Is light in Alaska dark?
Well, not, light in Alaska is light. It gets a
little bit dark now, but it kind of a dusky dark not a real
dark.

>My name is craig. how fast do the sounding rockets go? Do
>they go as fast as a real rocket or do they go slow to take
>pictures?

Well, I don't know how fast they go, but they are
usually super sonic by the time they reach the end of the
launch rail. Hopefully one of the NASA guys will be able to
answer your question. I don't think they go any slower to
take pictures.

> i saw my picture on t.v it
>do you see any polar bears?

We are too far south for polar bears, but we have
brown, black and grizzly bears in the area. Polar bears are
usually close to the ocean and near the ice caps.

Hope this answers your questions. You should be out
of school soon shouldn't you?
