Peer Editing in Grade 2

Our letters to Mrs. Lamboni

The children were very happy to hear that their gym teacher, Mrs. Grace Lamboni, was given the title, "Wicomico County Teacher of the Year." They typed letters to her on their computers, printed the files and then helped each other make corrections. They fixed their errors and printed the letters again to give to Mrs. Lamboni. We try to use the writing process with even the youngest students. These boys did an excellent job and stayed on task.
